A few days/times are reserved weekly for procedures, hair examinations and hair treatments.

For a procedure, sclerotherapy treatment, aesthetic treatment and PRP treatment, a consultation in advance is necessary.

If you come for the FIRST time for a consultation “hair”, this is ONLY possible BY TELEPHONE. (as more time is provided)

FOR THE SMOOTH OPERATION OF OUR PRACTICE, WE ASK YOU TO TAKE THE FOLLOWING POINTS INTO ACCOUNT

  • Please make sure to bring your ID card to your appointment.
  • The waiting time for people calling by phone is the same as for online bookings. Therefore, there is little point in trying to obtain an appointment faster by telephone.
  • If you place yourself on the WAITING LIST, there is no guarantee. You will only be contacted if someone else cancels their appointment. If you are not contacted before the indicated time, your request will automatically expire.
  • If you are unable to attend, please CANCEL your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will be obliged to charge an administrative fee.
  • Please arrive STRICTLY on time for your consultation.
